The new ETRIA starts with OKI's participation

YOKOHAMA October 1, 2025 - ETRIA CO., LTD. (President and CEO: Katsunori Nakata, “ETRIA”) completed the business integration of Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. (Representative Director and CEO: Takahiro Mori, “OKI”)'s development and production of multifunction printers, and started operations as a joint venture between Ricoh Company, Ltd. (President and CEO: Akira Oyama; hereinafter “Ricoh”), Toshiba Tec Corporation (President and CEO: Hironobu Nishikori, “Toshiba Tec”), and OKI as of today, October 1, 2025.
ETRIA was launched in July 2024 by integrating the multifunction printer and printer development and production functions of Ricoh and Toshiba Tec. Since then, ETRIA has been optimizing processes spanning product planning, development, procurement, and production to realize highly competitive products and build a stable supply chain. The participation of OKI, which possesses unique strengths in areas such as LED technology, is expected to further enhance ETRIA's manufacturing capabilities. ETRIA will continue to strive to be a leading manufacturing company responding to growing societal demands such as customer digital transformation (DX), product security, energy efficiency and environmental performance, and circular economy initiatives.
