Renaming of Overseas Affiliated Companies

YOKOHAMA July 1, 2026 - ETRIA CO., LTD. (President and CEO: Katsunori Nakata, “ETRIA”) today announced the official renaming of four of its affiliated companies indicated below, effective July 1, 2026. ETRIA marked the second anniversary of its foundation today. Through the development and production of imaging equipment that contributes to the advancement of digital services, the company will continue to strive to enhance its corporate value to remain a valued and indispensable company for all its stakeholders, including customers, business partners, employees, and local communities.

The company’s name ETRIA embodies its aspiration to ensure that employees across all participating companies can work with great motivation for their new company. The renaming of the affiliated companies is intended to cultivate a greater sense of unity across the ETRIA Group and enhance ETRIA’s global recognition.
