ETRIA's Thai Printer Production Site Achieves RBA Platinum Certification

YOKOHAMA March XX, 2026 - ETRIA CO., LTD. (President and CEO: Katsunori Nakata, “ETRIA”) has announced that the Ayutthaya plant of its affiliated company, OKI Data Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which manufactures printer products, has received the highest rating—Platinum Certification—under the Validated Assessment Program (VAP) audit of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), an alliance dedicated to promoting corporate social responsibility within global supply chains.

Ricoh Group's basic policy is to comply with the laws and regulations of each country and region

Based on this basic policy, in 2019 Ricoh joined the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), a corporate alliance that promotes corporate social responsibility in the global supply chain. The RBA VAP　audit program conducted by third-party auditors, evaluates compliance with the RBA Code of Conduct from perspectives including labor, health and safety, environment, ethics, and supply chain management. In this audit, the Ayutthaya factory of OKI Data Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. achieved a full score of 200 points in the overall evaluation and erned Platinum certification.
